THE COTTAGE

Sole use of the whole house and paved rear garden. Upstairs the master bedroom comprises of double bed with village view across to the hills. The Cabin room is a snug space with double bed wall to wall, inspired by a mountain hideaway, perfect while exploring the Peaks. A decent size bathroom serves both these rooms.

Through the front door, the sitting room can accommodate 5 people comfortably. The sofa transforms in to a very small double bed, to provide flexibility in the sleeping arrangements. A hand made breakfast bar and coffee corner are situated on one side of the kitchen, with full cooking appliances (oven, stove top and microwave) filling the other. From the heart of the house, an extra space is created in the form of a conservatory, perfect for morning tea and coffee or evening meal with option to switch on the fire if the temperature drops.

A small garden patio area with table and chairs lets the morning in, and enables the outdoor environment to be enjoyed through out the year.
